Ingredients: Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos), Matricaria recutita (Chamomile), Ocimum sanctum (Holy Basil), Zingiber officinale (Ginger)

How to use: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 tsp of dry herbs, cover and let steep for 10 min before drinking. Strain & Enjoy!
